It is so hard (at least for me) to come up sometimes with something that might be interesting enough to shoot… many times once I find it I hate the results. But you seem to be able to communicate every one of your ideas greatly. You are an amazing photographer, and this picture is one of the reasons why.
First of all, it’s highly creative, I would have never thought about something like this in a million years. Even though I know the shirt you are wearing wasn’t intentional, it plays really well with the whole ‘surfing’ stand you are trying to portray.
I love the black and white, love the contrast between your clothes and the white back ground, and of course the tv screen looks super cool.
Another successful shot, this is really high up there with the photographs of you I like. Good job babe!
I love the harsh white vs black, with all of the other tones kind of combining both. Like the static on the tv, or the jeans that stand out because of their strange toning. Just lovely!
My only suggestion would be to crop lower, or to edit out the logo on your tshirt, it's distracting.
Otherwise, great idea and execution!

very clever idea! ive always wanted to do something with broken tvs. good stuff. id suggest getting rid of the rest of the blanket, it might give it a more commercialized feel. im glad to see you experimenting!
my thought when I saw the photo for the first time was to crop it below the logo like you suggested, but after trying it I actually liked it better with it in there
I wanted some of the small wrinkles near the bottom, but it appears more of the sheet was visible than I intended... I noticed it was darker after viewing the photo on another monitor. I've adjusted my monitor a bit and the photo as well, so hopefully it views a bit more like I had wanted now.
